We are a non-profit organization offering confidential support to anyone via email and live messenger to those experiencing difficulties.

We can provide you with a listening ear if you are experiencing any worries or emotional problems.


Our Services

We offer support on issues such as (but not limited to):

* drug/alcohol abuse
* feeling lonely
* domestic violence
* depression/mental health issues
* suicidal feelings/thoughts
* financial worries

Or... anything else you wish to talk about. Basically if its bothering you then it bothers us.

All of the support we offer is 100% confidential and we will never store or share any of the information you provide us with.

Our volunteers are not trained psychologists or counselors. They are regular everyday people who like you have and continue to experience everyday problems, worries and stresses.
